I first found them a little over a year ago but was not able to keep up with my care due to personal things. My first visit was absolutely incredible. Very friendly, knowledgeable and they will not try to shove a “plan” down your throat like every other chiro. They truly care about your well-being and want to improve your health. Now that I am able to keep up with my care consistently, I am ecstatic. Every time I leave, I feel like a new person. Truly thankful to find such a wonderful chiropractic office. Dr. Chuck is amazing! I changed Chiropractors because I needed one that was open on Saturdays. I’ve seen him about 4 times now. He listens to you and your needs. My old Chiropractor never adjusted my ankles or feet or shoulders and never even offered. When you see Dr. Chuck he checks EVERYTHING and if it needs an adjustment he fixes it! I went to see Dr. Turkowski because I was in a lot of pain. I can't take any Narcotics for pain because I'm allergic and Advil was not helping. His Wife Stacy, got me in to see him Amediately. Definitely recommend Life Fit for any spinal or muscular issues you might be having. I suffered a bulged disk in 2013 and had chronic lower back pain ever since. I visited Life Fit for a separate muscular injury in 2017 and Chuck was the only person, after seeing several medical specialists, that was able to help cure the injury with some aggressive dry-needling (painful but effective). Throughout the dry-needling sessions, I received a few adjustments that incredibly also resolved my lower back issues and couldn't be happier now! Best chiropractor in Colorado Springs, and very affordable!

I went here for a walk in appointment and was surprised at how quickly the Chiropractor was able to zero in on the issue and was able to move the pain around until it was eliminated. I would recommend this office. Nice folks. 1 month later update: I returned for a follow up visit 1 week after my initial visit due to a bit of pain that was still bothering me. I thought that I had done something to cause a relapse, but after a second adjustment, I'm happy to report that I have no further issues.
